Sensory Stories

Baby & Toddler Class

Interactive Sensory Storytelling sessions for 1-3 year olds and their carers.

Join us each week as we use our senses to explore the world of a story. Taking our inspiration from a new tale each week, we use interactive storytelling, music, crafts and play to bring the story to life!

Drama Explorers for ages 3-5

Exploring a different story each week through drama, puppets, movement and crafts.

Drama Hub is a fun and creative environment where children are given a safe space to explore and achieve.

Each week we discover a new story! We play fun drama games to help us get into the world of the story and act it out together. At Drama Explorers every child is given an opportunity to stand up and shine.

We also make something to take home each week! From Gruffalo masks, to lion puppets, paper boats and party hats, the children enjoy creating a craft to take home.

All staff are DBS certified. Covid measures in place.

Drama Makers (ages 5-7 & 7-11)

Drama Hub after school club is a fun and creative space. Throughout the term we explore drama with games and exercises.

Drama helps us to improve our focus, listening and teamwork. Each term we devise our own plays, this helps as learn to collaborate and value each others ideas.

At the end of each term we have an informal sharing where families are invited in to see what we've created!

Hello!

I’m Davina! I have been delivering children’s classes since training as an actor in 2003. Growing up I was painfully shy. However I also had a love of theatre and a strong desire to perform. My love of performing was often missed by teachers due to that shyness. I think this is what has made me care deeply about creating a safe, kind and inclusive space in my classes. The focus has always been on the well being of the children in my care. Participants are offered opportunities in each class to step into the spotlight if and when they want to. I hope to help build their self-esteem by giving them the space to discover what they can achieve.
